Excel Machinery Ltd. has an opening in our La Joya, Texas Office. Excel is an international company, and our primary customer base is in the United States and Mexico. This position is for Inside Parts Sales Representative and will be servicing the aggregate producer’s industry. This will be a 50 hr + per week job. We are looking for someone with sales, warehouse, and customer service experience in the Aggregate Industry.
Responsibilities
This team member will load and unload trucks, track sales and inventory, and ship parts and equipment. You will be the primary person responsible for order entry and inventory of materials at the facility. Will utilize internet-based technology to order products, either for stock or directly to sales orders for the customer and track the sales from “cradle to grave”. The main function will be to assist the field sales/technical personnel in coordinating sales and service and be responsible for sending out quotes, sales orders, PO’s, and tracking accounts receivables for customers. In addition to serving our established customer base, the Sales Administrator will make calls and send emails to follow up on quotes and sales orders with customers and vendors. This position will also be delivering parts with a truck and trailer. Some travel and overnight stays will be required.
Qualifications
This position is demanding and will require multitasking and personal responsibility and the ability to work alone in a warehouse setting. Experience in forklift operations and truck loading/unloading is essential. Basic computer skills using business software, internet and email are a requirement. Good oral communication in both English and Spanish and writing skills are a must. This person will encounter high pressure work situations that develop during customer “machine down” scenarios. Be comfortable communicating and building strong, respectful working relationships with all levels of Management, vendors, and customers. Texas Driver’s license required.

Salary: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour
